He did a great job fixing the water leak problem but now the problem is it motor is going constantly. Don't know if that is normal. Contacted Sears technician but they couldn't help me. They will contact Ted and have him return.

Alex was really nice and professional, however his specialty is refrigerators not washers. My expectation is that if you send someone to do maintenance on a piece of equipment they should be an expert on that equipment. Again he was very professional and did his job.

Joshua was great and fixed my fan problem quickly. However I thought I could put the door on when Joshua asked. However the latch retracted and I can't release it. I'm stuck.

The service was excellent once I got scheduled. I have another appointment pending for the installation of an ignitor. I can give a more accurate service assessment when the work is completed. I also need help with the mobile App. Navigation is not intuitive, and some pages are not suitable for viewing on your phone. phone

Anthony called me prior to arriving at my home, asking about my problems with my refrigerator. Right before he called, I discovered that my ice maker had begun making ice again and we cancelled his appointment. If we have issues with the refrigerator again, I'll be rescheduling.

He conducted himself in a professional matte. He took pride of his job. The only concerned that he should of use other sources to use the bathroom before arriving g. So I was generous yo let him use my bathroom.

Sears home services is the worst. No way to speak to a person. You have to select an option that doesn't even meet your needs. Ridiculous
