Ted came out and diagnosed the problem ordered the part and was scheduled to put it in on the following Monday. He was out sick on Monday so they sent out someone who was very nice but not knowledgeable about washers so service was not completed and had to reschedule for Wednesday. Happy to say service completed today! Thank you Ted! Hope I don't have to see you anytime soon but was very nice meeting you. I give Ted 5 stars

Jose - the technician- did a great job! Unfortunately it was rescheduled twice…technicians rescheduled because they said they could not diagnose without a helper (washer & dryer are stacked). Jose diagnosed and fixed (without a helper) with no problem.

We are having a problem. We ran a wash load after Jose was here and the washer leaks now. Never did that before. We have removed the rug from the utility room (it was soaked) and we are trying to dry up the floor with a fan. Please help if you can. Thank you.
