Jose arrived on the 15 of August and diagnosed the problem with the washer and informed me that the part ordered for repairs was inaccurate and ordered the appropriate parts. An additional appointment was scheduled for the following week and Jose returned to complete the repairs. Just as you must use the right tools for the existing job, you should assign technicians with the right skill set to perform the task. I commend Jose for being genuinely concerned about my frustrations and dissatisfaction as well as his willingness to ensure that the problem was resolved professionally. Jose should be credited as a true valued employee.
