After short explanation of issues, Jose went right to work diagnosing and fixing the issue, which ended up being a loose harness with broken wiring. Finished in just a short time after testing the fix. Jose is knowledgeable and efficient. Good service.

Kemonti came out to try to fix our ice maker several times. He basically replaced all the parts related to the ice maker but still didn't work. He spoke with his supervisor and other techs to see if they could think of anything else to try.

José made quick work of the job. Fixing the dryer, he found another broken part. Fortunately, he had a replacement part in his truck. I was also happy for his recommendation of clean our dryer exhaust vents.

The tech. That arrived today was very friendly, but he had nothing to do, because after waiting for almost two months to have the refrigerator repaired, I purchased a new one. The overall service was horrible. There needs to be a lot of improvements made. I had a lot of lost food, lost time and loss of money. Having a warranty put me at a severe disadvantage. I am contacting someone to see how I can recoup some of my losses. Thank you for your concern.
