LG dishwasher repair
Luis was very nice. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the repair parts, and made the repairs once the parts were received. Dishwasher is working fine now.

Derrick came to my home and identified the problem and told me what part I needed. All this was done in a timely manner. I didn't have to pay. This is where the service from Sears Home Warranty dropped the ball. Let me be clear Derrick did his job, Sears Home Warranty program was difficult and problematic, they didn't have a customer service representative to help and assist my claim that I have been paying for seven years. My claim took fourteen days to resolve, which is unacceptable. What I do know Sears Home Warranty wants there payment upfront, the only problem with this issue every one doesn't have the same issue. If you value the warranty and want to continue this program with me I will suggest changing the format. I don't like waiting two weeks for a service call and nobody returns my call, text messages, automated service. Fix your problem I can find another repair service who does the same thing. In conclusion Derrick and Jose J. were helpful. The problem is solved thank you Derrick.

We own a 13 year old Maytag washer/dryer set, both have operated well over the years. Recently, our washer started leaking water on the floor during the wash cycle. Considering the average washing machine has a 10-13 year life span, we were convinced purchasing a new set was imminent. Russ arrived on schedule, politely greeted my family and I with a smile and properly introduced himself. I informed Russ of the washers age and issue and then shared my opinion which is: the life span/quality of most products have drastically diminished over the years. Russ ensured us Maytag produces high quality products and the particular set we own has plenty of service life. He then showed me the interior components and pointed out the lack of rust. Russ found the leak quickly and proved the repair would be cost effective. Russ was very polite, professional, and experienced. Because of his product knowledge and representation of Sears/Maytag, we will be returning customers for years to come.

A true gentleman with good, old fashioned technical know how and the the skills to apply it. Didn't up us on extra parts, worked quick and efficient. Quickly fixed previous repair errors. Wonderful to deal with.

I was notified that Anthony would be at my hose between 2 -4pm. He did come in that time frame and was polite and cleaned up after himself. He was very pleasant and explained the problem very clearly.

Russell K came to repair my drier. He found the problem in a very short time and repaired the dryer by installing a new part, which he had on his truck. It is now working; Russell is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly.
