Luis did a fantastic job. He was customer oriented, driven, and professional during my microwave repair. He spoke clear and concise while providing feedback on my repair. I give him a 10+ rating but you'll only have a 5.

Derrick was friendly and professional at the same time. He also listened to me. Found my problem with the washing machine almost immediately. I also explained to Derrick that I wanted to purchase a stand a lone protection package for our new (2021) LG Fridge. He immediately offered his assistance in assisting with checking out the new LG Fridge to make sure in working order and then proceeded to find the correct department to help in my obtaining a stand a lone protection agreement.
