Dec. 2023 we bought 27 cu.ft. LG refrigerator - ice maker replaced 4 times; LG then swapped refrig. for a new refrig. - icemaker failed on this one too - replacement icemaker sent and doesn't fit and LG can't get the correct one. We're told to expect a buyout offer. Great service by Anthony - but will never own another LG appliance!

Luis was the tech who finally solved our issues with SEARS Home Services. The prior tech rescheduled three times, keeping us without a working dishwasher for months. We waited all day each time, only to get a reschedule notice at 6:00 p.m. without any call or explanation. Three times! The third was even an elevated complaint to customer support. Luis showed up for the fourth and final appointment. What a difference! He called ahead and arrived on time. Less than an hour later, the control unit was replaced and the machine was cycled through a test. I am very pleased with Luis. He is a knowledgeable and experienced professional. I only wish we could have had him assigned to handle our repair sooner. Luis gets 5 stars. SEARS gets a 1, and that is only for finally sending Luis.
