I cannot say enough about your employee. Derrick analyzed the problem where other technicians could not. He spent time during this process explaining what he was doing and why. It is clear he is an honest and knowledgeable individual who needs to be valued. If it was not for him we would have canceled the protection program. Lastly, please let him know how we feel.

The technician called to tell me what time he would arrive. He was courteous, took time to look over our washer, and provided an honest assessment of what the problem was and the cost to fix it. Although we declined the work due to the age of our washer (12 yrs old), I can say the technician was knowledgeable, handled the payment easily, and I received my email receipts right away.
