We have a Frigidaire refrigerator that was having some trouble keeping the lower compartment cool enough. Our extended service contract with New Leaf was nearing its expiration date, so I made arrangements for the fridge to be repaired. Ted from Sears Home Services came out and did the repairs, but he also noticed that the door seals on the fridge needed to be replaced. I forgot to mention those old door seals when I first requested the repairs, so Ted made sure he ordered them before he left my house, and he set a return date to install the seals under warranty. Today, Ted came back over right on time and installed the door seals and did a few other things to make sure our refrigerator will cool effectively. From beginning to end, this was a very positive experience. Ted was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. He explained the repairs he had performed so that the average person could understand. Based on my experience, I can recommend Sears Home Services, and I would like to thank Ted for being an excellent service technician.
