Ted was so professional and thorough. He called to give me a 15 minute heads-up that he was on his way. He identified the problem right away and had the ice maker in my refrigerator repaired in 20 minutes and cleaned up behind himself. He also gave us advice on how to get our refrigerator back on-line which worked. I hope I never have another problem with an appliance, but if I do, I want Ted to be the one to come back to fix it.
