I was so happy to hear Luis's voice on the phone telling me he was on the way. Luis has fixed other appliances for me. I was glad to have him back to look at my malfunctioning oven and dishwasher. He listened carefully to my experience, investigated the issue, and presented a reasonable course of action. I am a better user of the appliances because of his guidance. Both appliances work well after his attention.
