Jason was a breath if fresh air, he did the initial visit and evaluation back in May,and it had taken us this long to resolve this issue.....long story short,previous appointments were rescheduled, not by us ,but by Choice and Sears,this gad been a long journey. My wife and I ,will be canceling Choice Warranty and will looking our another company for our needs. Jason has taken care of us,and he handled the situation with professionalism and coutersy,thank you for having a top related technician on your services.
