Repair of water leakage coming from Expansion Tank
Mr. Anthony was very professional. He called to let me know when he would get here. He asked me what the problem was, as I explained to him, he was not sure if Sears handle that problem. But he assured me he would come by and check to see and relay the information back to his company. I was not sure where the water was coming from. After he arrived and assessed the problem, he checked with the team leader. Unfortunately, after checking with his team leader (Supervisor), Sears does not work on that particular unit. He also informed me that he would relay the information to my warranty company. Every time I have had a Sears Technician come out; they have been very professional. Excellent job hiring professional personable people.

I rate the technician 5 stars. He was personable, professional and on time. He knew what he was doing. However l am disappointed on how long l had to wait for the repairs. Tha tech came on 9/13/24, found the problem, ordered the parts and scheduled a repair visit of 9/20/24 . All five (5) parts came in by 9/16/24 but l was being told that one part is missing and that was not true. Because of that mistake l had to wait an extra three (3) weeks and that was an unnecessary inconvenience. Please advise. Herb Dublin. 10/15/24

Overall, to take 5 weeks to fix our refrigerator is unacceptable in any industry. I know this is a home warranty but if I knew that I would be without one of my most needed appliance, my refrigerator/freezer, I would have NEVER considered a plan like this. What family goes without their refrigerator for five weeks? Well here I am and I'm not a happy customer!

We were very happy and impressed by the fast and efficient service provided by Kemonti N. today. He arrived on time and went right to work on our side by side Kenmore refrigerator/freezer. He gave us a complete rundown on how to operate this refrigerator moving forward. We appreciated his knowledge as well. Consequently, we went ahead and took out the extended warranty for the next year. Dollar wise having the extended warranty on most of our household items made the most sense going forward. Thank you Sears for another fine experience in repair service.
