Thoroughly inspected and checked the dishwasher!
I have to say Joshua has a great amount of knowledge that he was willing to share and help guide me in order to hopefully make a better experience with our dishwasher. He provided a call when on the way as well as arriving in a reasonable time frame of the call. Overall, great experience and I look forward to trying some of the great suggestions he recommended.

I'm very pleased with the service. Scheduled appointment last night and Derrick arrives before 1:00pm the very next day. He was very professional and friendly. He fixed my problem with my 15 year old washing machine in a jiffy. I would highly recommend Derrick any time. Thanks Sears for helping me today

Call this morning at 9:30 and the technician (Ted) was here by 11:30. Knew exactly what was wrong and luckily had the part on his truck. Repair was done in under 30 minutes! I was so impressed! Will definitely use Sears Home Services from now on!

We are sure Sears keeps Jose very busy assisting customers with their non-working appliances. He is very knowledgeable on how to fix the break downs. He also is very customer service savvy. Polite, respectful, and sure of his ability to make the hints right. It was nice working with him.
