Well, needed to get new filter for Kenmore refrigerator. Ordered it and got it and it doesn't work. So they don't make them anymore so gotta buy a whole new one just to replace filter just bc they don't make that one

Fisher Paykel is a high end product that can't be fixed. I loved it new, it's only 7 years old and I wouldn't recommend one to anyone! There is no comprehensive repair manual, parts can be non existent, and FP customer service is anything but service. Luis went beyond to try to fix my top dishwasher drawer. Nothing worked. Shame on Fisher Paykel for the product, limited performance, and lack of professional maintenance assistance.

James was on time and very courteous. Offered to have another tech come out because he couldn't smell the "glue" smell we had been smelling inside the refrigerator. He checked everything he could for us. We appreciate so much his offer for an another tech to come by.

The repair didn't take too long. The problem was the heater element was defective. We were very happy with the repair! The only issue was the delay in the Sears Home Services repair. Finally on the third day the repair was scheduled, Jose arrived and did an excellent job repairing our dryer. I will assume were just unlucky needing the repair when many others in our area also needed repairs.
