Derrick provided excellent service today with our misbehaving dryer. After dismantling the dryer innards, he expeditiously identified the problem & provided sound advice regarding the way forward. Derrick's expertise & also his patience facilitating multiple payment attempts (!) are greatly appreciated.

Very knowledge about my old dryer. He repaired my 57 yr old Sears dryer. So happy with it. No parts available but he made something to work. Very pleasant, on time. Would highly recommend him.
