The repair man was professional, asked good questions and proceeded to evaluate and repair my garbage disposal. The AI scheduling was strange. At first, he would be here at 1 pm, then it was 3 pm, and finally 5:06.

The technician was great! The automated AI driven system for making an appointment, was sketchy and left me frustrated. A human needs to call you back or something and let you know an ETA and that they received your order
