Abdul was great. But the virtual Phone to make a appointment was terrible. Took me three days to get figured out. Couldn't hear my Name when I spelled it out Kept saying I didn't have warranty. If kept hearing I know your frustrated but be patient. After three I was not patient any more. Then it worked. A horrible system. needed a human to talk to.

My technician was wonderful! He was pleasant and respectful. I was able to ask questions and he also sprayed the rusty part of the dishwasher door that was squeaky. I only paid the initial $100 service fee. Great job!

Madjid arrived and said he would address the malfunctions of our Refrigerator/Freezers,! He was very knowledgeable about ours and was able to replace the malfunctioning ice maker unit after rectifying the damage it had caused. We couldn't be more pleased with his excellent service and would prefer to have him be the one to answer any future calls exclusively!

I had a very complicated refrigerator problem, but Madjid was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately. He was professional, friendly, and respectful, wasting no time to get the job done right. He was efficient and clean, and my fridge is running perfectly now.
