Madjid arrived and said he would address the malfunctions of both our Refrigerator/Freezers,! He was very knowledgeable about each one and was a ble to replace the malfunctioning ice maker unit after rectifying the damage it had caused. He then skillfully emptied the freezer unit on the other Kenmore, defrosting and then restoring normal function there as well! We couldn't be more pleased with his excellent service and would prefer to have him be the one to answer any future calls exclusively!

"I recently had a fantastic experience with Sears Home Services thanks to Mr. Madjid, my refrigerator technician. I had a very complicated refrigerator problem, but Madjid was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately. He was professional, friendly, and respectful, wasting no time to get the job done right. He was efficient and clean, and my fridge is running perfectly now. If you need a technician who knows their stuff and acts with professionalism, I highly recommend asking for Madjid
