Madjid arrived and said he would address the malfunctions of our Refrigerator/Freezers,! He was very knowledgeable about ours and was able to replace the malfunctioning ice maker unit after rectifying the damage it had caused. We couldn't be more pleased with his excellent service and would prefer to have him be the one to answer any future calls exclusively!

"I recently had a fantastic experience with Sears Home Services thanks to Mr. Madjid, my refrigerator technician. I had a very complicated refrigerator problem, but Madjid was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately. He was professional, friendly, and respectful, wasting no time to get the job done right. He was efficient and clean, and my fridge is running perfectly now. If you need a technician who knows their stuff and acts with professionalism, I highly recommend asking for Madjid
