Hamayoon was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable . He took the time to explain everything to me and was able to diagnose and repair my washing machine promptly. I will definitely look for him in the future!!!

Hanif was prompt. He had analyzed the issue with my fridge prior to arriving. My fridge has been nonfuctional for 6 months. He came right in and took ownership of the issue. Knew exactly what was wrong. He had the part on his truck so no long drawn out ordering of parts or having to wait two weeks for a return visit. He guaranteed he could fix it and THAT HE DID!!! My fridge is cooling and even making ice. Something no other tech has been able to do since October 2023. Hanif is personable and an expert in the art of diagnosis and repair. DEFINITELY A GREAT ASSET to Sears. Hanif is personable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
