Abdul was phenomenal expert in his field of dryer repairs. The other two techs looked at the dryer for an hour and ordered parts. He saw the issue and resolved it in 5 mins! Send Abdul next time please he was great and so was his demeanor!

The technician that fixed my refrigerator gets 4-5 stars, BUT MY EXPERIENCE -1 STAR! I missed 2 days of work because technicians didn’t show up for the FIRST 2 APPOINTMENTS. No notification, no text, no phone call.

Work was good but time kept getting pushed back

Once he arrived, he was professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and explained the course of action. I rated 4/5 because the initial ETA was 10:30 and it was postponed hour after hour until he arrived at 4:30. I understand the nature of service calls but I prefer shorter, more realistic service windows.

I can't fault the technician since when he came the dryer started but as soon as he left, the dryer stopped again. Couldn't get Sears back to even try. Canceled the warranty service.
