Tech showed up 90 minutes late, said my refrigerator did not have a model number but the part would be $600 if it was the model he thought! Unplugged, I paid for service call, light appeared to dim but not filter lite. Told to call if no results and he woul order part and return when part arrived!!!! What a SERVICE, still no working refrigerator! Money wasted except for warranty!

I have mixed feelings on this service. 1) I made appointment per link and received 5/11/26 appointment. The last message was for service tech to come 5/11/26 3-4pm. Guess when he showed...645pm. He did call about 30 minutes prior saying he was coming and that systems were down so he could not connect. I asked him "what about using your own cell phone to connect with me." I really didn't get a reply. Needless to say I was irritated. 2) My issue with dishwasher is that it is leaving specks (like sand, various colors) on dishes, cups, glasses. (I already had another tech from small company check Jan-Feb 2026- 3x times. The first tech cleaned arm as it was full of debris.) Sears tech checked dishwasher saying it was a good dishwasher (kitchenaid), to use cascade (not finish) and to clean weekly with white vinegar with empty dishwasher and go thru a cycle. So not sure if 2 or 3 stars will suffice. I paid that day and all of sudden on May 19, May 25 I get emails to pay. No way! I already paid. I have found online that Sears does not employ real people, only ha robot /AI assistance for anyone who calls. So for the whole enchilada, the entire service from making appointment to getting these invoices to pay, I dropped to two stars.

Mustafa did a pretty good job. I'm assuming that everything was okay but he spent more time on his phone than he did talking to me. I would have appreciated more information as he was testing the appliances.

Dont trust these guys, very unprofessional. I have been forced to reschedule my appt 3 times. one week apart. They never showed up and the first time they came, took $65 visiting fee. And then gone. I dont have AC for 3 weeks and no one answered or cared to reply for my messages. Even in this competetive world they chose to be like this. if you want to waste money and still not get helped go with them.

Two Thumbs Down! Said I needed a part that I didn't need. The part came in and then they proceeded to mis the next three appointments. Hired someone else who repaired it without the part. Gave the part back to the technician but still ended up paying for the entire thing! Customer service is terrible. Impossible talk to a person to get an answer about anything!!!!!! I'm angry I had to give them one star! They deserve nothing! Hands Down the worst customer experience of my life!!!!!! They replied to my review with a number to no one and a link to their website which leads you only to a page where you can ask for an appointment. They have no follow up, no way to contact a human when something goes wrong! I would never recommend this service even to my worst enemy. Don't be fooled by the one star, my review is a Zero!!!!!

The technician was rude, not able to communicate clearly and kept blaming the equipment instead of providing the solution. Worked with another company and they fixed the issue quite easily. No wonder this company did not survive. I hope that this technician learns the skill as well as how to communicate.

We waited for the appt day, and I took a day off from work. The tech called the last minute at around 5pm saying he couldn't come to work because of the rain. I don't know why he couldn't call earlier today or yesterday to tell me this. I waited for him from 7am this morning.

Wish I could post zero stars!! Absolutely awful!!!! The tech (Solomon) sat in my driveway for over an hour. He wanted us to pay $50 for picking up the part. That’s not in our plan. He drove off and our heat is not fixed. This is not acceptable.

THIS TECHNICIAN HAS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH INTEGRITY. ACCORDING TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY, IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE TECHNICIAN SAID HE COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE ERROR. THE FACT REPORTED BY MY REPRESENTATIVE WHO STAYED HOME ALL DAY FROM 7:AM TO 4:00PM, THE TECHNICIAN CAME INSIDE THE HOUSE, LOOKED AT MY WASHER/DRYER COMBO UNIT, NEVER TOUCHED OR TURNED IT ON BUT TOLD MR. DARRIEN BOLTEN THAT "I CANNOT SERVICE THIS MACHINE, WE CANNOT SERVICE THIS MACHINE." Mr. Bolten offered to put some clothes into the machine to demonstrate that it was NOT working, and He was told by the Technician, "Don't becasue WE (his company) cannot service this type of machine. I, Dr. Antonio Landell spoke to this technician on the phone while at my job and I informed him, prior technician said similar that there is no company in the area that can service this machine and he confirmed. I told him I will call the warranty company and report his remarks which I did that day and was told to wait until he submitted his report. I continue to call to no avail. PLEASE NOTE, MY WASHER/DRYER HAS BEEN INOPERABLE FOR ALMOST THREE MONTHS NOW AND THE WARRANTY COMPANY KEPT SCHEDULING COMPANIES TO COME OUT WHERE i HAVE WAITED NOW 8 EIGHT TIMES TO NO AVAIL WITH ONLY THREE TECHNICIANS SHOWING UP WITH THE SAME REMARKS THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO REPAIR THIS MACHINE. I AM VERY UPSET NOT HAVING A MACHINE TO WASH MY FAMILY AND MY CLOTHES FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS. DR.
