Soloman was an excellent tech. Very knowledgeable, thorough in diagnosing problem and resolving the issue. We needed another part. It ordered it immediately and came back the next day to install it. Very patient; explained in detail what he was doing. He is a definite asset to your company and a role model for other techs. Great great person and expert HVAC Technician.

My experience was anything but good as I waited five weeks to have my refrigerator fixed!!! Mohammed fixed the problem in five minutes today!!! I detest calling and not talking to a human being! Plus, I am owed $100 for the second technician to come out for the same problem! I sincerely hope to receive a refund.

Abdul was phenomenal expert in his field of dryer repairs. The other two techs looked at the dryer for an hour and ordered parts. He saw the issue and resolved it in 5 mins! Send Abdul next time please he was great and so was his demeanor!

The technician that fixed my refrigerator gets 4-5 stars, BUT MY EXPERIENCE -1 STAR! I missed 2 days of work because technicians didn’t show up for the FIRST 2 APPOINTMENTS. No notification, no text, no phone call.
