The issue has not yet been resolved. The technician was unprofessional. They were here under my insurance company. I paid my Co Pay.

The technician was great very polite and apologetic . The company is a disgrace. It took them several trips to fix the problem first time they fixed one issue (Freezer) then had to come back to fix the ice maker, the technician claimed that his car was at shop and did not have the part with him because he was using a rental car ???? They ordered the part and had to wait several days for it to be delivered before they schedule an appointment to come and install it. After the part was delivered and I did not hear from them I called the service desk inquiring about the appointment date and their answer was they are waiting for the part. I said the part was already delivered three days ago. When they schedule the appointment they give us a window for the technician to show up between 8AM-3PM , when tracking the arrival time it mentioned between 1:30- 2:30, I had to leave my office to be home during that time and the technician did not show up until after 6:00PM. This happened every time I had to schedule an appointment with them.

Extremely disappointed in this service. My dishwasher stopped mid cycle and kicked the breaker. The service rep showed up for the appointment, started the dishwasher on a different cycle, sat on my floor and watched his phone for about 45 minutes. The dishwasher was running. He said the issue was the control panel and quoted us over $800 to fix it. I asked him to at least clean the filter and check the hose while he was there and he said there was no reason to. He left and 20 minutes later the dishwasher kicked the breaker again. I tried to call him back twice. No answer. I called the next day and explained what happened. He refused to come back to take another look.

The Technician was great. The AI you use for scheduling and updates is horrible. Booked the first appointment and it was supposed to be 1-5pm and then an update came out showing 6pm then just cancelled after waisting an entire afternoon. Then the next day same thing didn't arrive in the window and when they finally arrived the parts are more than getting a new washer (that is not your problem) the waiting for your schedule to come true is horrible. I will never use this service again.

I have a 4 year old Kenmore top load washer machine. I Explained the matter of a squealing noise during the spin cycle. Technician did NOT conduct diagnostics test. I suggested a possible lubricant or belt issue. Technician said there is NO belt? I then ran the spin cycle for the technician. Based on the noise, He then said it would cost over $1000 to repair. He then charged me $129 for diagnostic test? I am very unsatisfied with sears service and believe I was unfairly charged. I received an apparently automated response suggesting that I contact the sears website and or telephone number for assistance. On the website I was not able to find any options for assistance. Also The telephone number did not provide any options for assistance. Terrible customer service. Very frustrating. One week later and No follow up from sears. Looks like they do not care about customer satisfaction and “technician “ only wanted to make quick easy money for no service. I do not recommend this “service “ and caution all future potential customers.

The Sears Appliance Repair person collected the fee and did not perform the maintenance of my HVAC. I learned later that because the maintenance was not completed a clogged pipe caused my floor, walls and carpet to become wet. Don't use this warranty company!
