Tech came to home parked and sat in car I walked to ask if he was coming to repair my washer he says let me see mind you this is the 3rd visit from Sears with many reschedule and cancelation from them. He came in did the exact same thing the last tech did with no repair. He signed documents as if he was me. I just saw in my email. These are crooks bad business and lies. I have my proof for entire visit home cameras does wonders... I wanted repair and he never attempted to do it they never bring any tools or parts. I said if he couldn't repair warranty will replace after he let's them know he can't repair. Look at his comments below. He should have known if I was recording why lie... Terrible service, nothing but crooks! Technician Comments Unit has bearing issue. Customer wants replacement due multiple attempts and refuses entering the house and customer do video recording of techs inform FAHB and VRS call complete call in our end. Shame on you Sir!

The microwave was out of order in early February. It is June 11 and the replacement has not been installed. ASHAMED. Poor service

I cannot understand that you call a service place to have your washer and dryer looked at to get service and get parts and get it going and you advise that you don’t have parts and you charge me.

The tech was extremely rude and was yelling at me. He will never come back to my house. I have filed a complaint with the warranty company.

Oddly enough, the repair was complete with no real issue. However, the two technicians sent to complete the repair were significantly late. Also both of them were on phone calls the entire time they were at my residence completing the repair work and both asked to use the bathroom.

The service was not good! After four visits and $600 out of pocket cost they could not fix the problem. I asked for a seasoned technician or a supervisor to come out for the last visit hoping they can fix the problem and again they sent a technician and they did not take the time to diagnose the problem and did not have a record of the other visits. I would not recommend using this service

Horrible, I was upstairs when I heard the knock. I work from home so I had to pause what I was doing in order to go down 2 flights of stairs. By the time I reached the door, the technician was gone and no attempt whatsoever of attempting to call/ text/ email to advise of their arrival. Attempted to call Sears Customer Service but of course I was faced with a robot for 15 min before reaching an actual agent. I was waiting for 10 min before the call went silent. No agent, no technician, no help, no call back. 20 min later I receive a text, stating “Thank you for using Sears Home Services. Rate your technician” Honestly the whole way this was handled seemed shady and janky.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY CAN’T FIX THE PROBLEM 14 TIMES LATER AND WON’T REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY WOULD’NT EVEN REPLACE THE DISHWASHER. ITS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH .
