Technician never showed up after waiting all day and closed my work order. They claimed they called twice with no response. It was a lie. They called once and let it ring one time before hanging up and not answering my returned calls. Warranty company is changing contractors.

I am very displeased with the technician that came to my home, he parked and came to the door to make sure that he was parked in the correct place he was asked to park in the middle section and he did then when my grandson was going out to take him the parking pass he left without even doing the repair. Then he closed out the ticket as if he had done the repair, I am so frustrated that is poor service that I am paying for . I will be following up with a written complaint .

Tech came in, went to see refrigerator, mentioned abt deductible then said he could not breath (I guess due to stench from spoiled ref contents which I already disposed of) and left. My issue is, on the visit update, tech noted on Sears website that I was not at home when he came. BIG FAT LIE!!! Rated 1 because there is no zero rating option.

Originally I scheduled for Saturday and it was confirmed by email and text then rescheduled for Monday without contacting me are asking my availability. On Monday the window was scheduled for 12-4pm and the technician arrived after 5pm. What is the point of scheduling if it is not honored?

This company is a JOKE!!!!! The first service guy didn't input the problem with our washer, so another person had to come in. They are ALWAYS LATE and never with in the window that they say. DO NOT work with them!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Very poor service. Tech very vague on the issue, charged me $50 to "clean" the unit and left before verifying the issue was resolved which it wasn't. Had to wait another week IN THE EXTREME HEAT to hv someone come again. Ridiculous. No wonder Sears is going out of business.

The worst Warranty and Service ever!! Took over two months and three technicians and still my icemaker not working properly I recently had surgery on my face and desperately needed crushed Ice - I am forced to use a hammer as No one knows what they are doing. I will never buy another warranty it is useless as it is also useless to call them again. SO BAD!!
