I have home warranty who have contract with these frauds (sears home service) my refrigerator was frosting, Sears technician came and changed none relevant parts and nothing changed my refrigerator was still frosting, I ask my insurance again and they came again, I explained everything but they didn’t lesson to me and changed none relevant parts. This time they made refrigerator worse now my refrigerator is not working at all Their technician are fraud and doesn’t know anything. They deserve minus star

I scheduled two appointments to have my refrigerator repaired and then cleaned/maintained. Both technicians were efficient, professional and knowledgeable, however, the customer service at SEARS has deteriorated beyond dismal. It's nearly impossible to reach a PERSON and apparently impossible to CHANGE incorrect personal information such as phone numbers and email. . . . . I spent a total of 4.15 HOURS trying to correct my information and find out where the first technician was. I was unable to do any of the above and he showed up on the wrong day. The "National Call Center" is run by people who barely speak English and are not helpful. I've used SEARS to service my appliances for 25 years but will not go through this hassle again. If you're really trying to be competitive and make a comeback, you seriously need to improve your customer service.

The sears technician never show up to my appointment which was from 8-5 p.m. I needed my garage door open because the cable broke. Waited all day no phone calls or emails. I reached to Sears warranty dept 11 times and no one could help me. I was sent to the technical dept 11 times but the phone just keep on ringing.

My warranty service said Sears would come to repair my washing machine. I waited a week for the appointment and when the appointment day finally came, the technician never called or much less even came to my home. I never got an email or a call from them which is not professional. I picked up my son from school early that day to make sure someone would be home for the technician to come and nope. Nothing. So frustrated with this company, can’t be taken seriously.

Mohammed walked into my house and told me my problem with my washer. Was you’re not supposed to wash blankets in the washing machine. He is an idiot. I have requested numerous times not to have A&E sent to my house. I’ve had them several times their technicians are useless. I have been washing blankets in my washing machine for over 50 years. Do people buy washing machine to go to the laundromat to wash your blankets? If there were a zero, that’s the score would give you!

I schedule service and set the appointment, the Sears continue to change the time if the appointment until finally canceled and reschedule for the next day. Next day the same happened.

My home warranty used this company to fix a failed refrigerator I had. I have to say that working with this company was a nightmare, technician doesnt care, no response, unprofessional. I had to stay one week without a refrigerator and trashed tons of food because how ignorant they dealt with my fix and after all they wanted me to stay 2 more weeks without a refrigerator until they get the parts. I will never ever deal with this company and don't recommend them and as how bad my experience is, I am thinking of changing my home warranty company because of this contractor. My family really suffered because of this company.

Nobody came to the house to check. Not sure how we are gonna receive receipts or signed paperwork when nobody came. I called yesterday to complain. Not sure if they went to the wrong house or what happened but nobody came.
