The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful today. He explained some dos and don'ts for preventive maintenance. The technician that came to my house 2 weeks ago, Mr Cary, did not provide any explanation at all. He was literally in my house for less than 10 minutes. He did not perform any diagnostic testing or offer any type of appliance service warranty. Charged me $527 and left. 1 star rating for him. He also did not email my receipt 2 weeks ago and I had to pay for everything in full up front.
