Jaekwon was polite and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with, he gave me the information I needed to order the necessary parts for the repair. I will request him as the tech to come back and do the actual repair on our refrigerator.

Sears Home Services Oven Assessment/Repair
Jacob assess the oven after asking us about what we thought might have happened and reviewing the model and serial number. He quickly ascertained that the power surges we have experienced changed the oven temperature settings from degrees Celcius to Farenheit, He made the correction and tested the oven. It was back in order. He advised that we get a surge protection for all large appliances, which we have. Nice job, performed professionally and quickly.
