*On June 25th, I called Sears Home Services regarding my dryer. **I was pleased to receive an appointment for the next day. While on the phone with the scheduler, I received a timeframe in which to expect the technician; fortunately, early the next morning, Herbert, the technician, gave me a call; I reviewed the pertinent details regarding the issue with the dryer, as well as what troubleshooting efforts I had already attempted. Herbert then gave me a smaller window in which to expect his arrival. This gave me more flexibility in regard to errands that I needed to complete. **I received a text prior to Herbert's arrival. The text informed me that the technician would arrive soon. **Herbert's arrival was within the timeframe that he had specified earlier that day. **Herbert ran into a bit of difficulty during one part of his visit, but he persisted until the task was completed, (to both his and my satisfaction). **I was pleased with the knowledge and professionalism Herbert displayed. Herbert was also courteous and efficient. **I would highly recommend Sears Home Services, along with Herbert as the technician. He did an excellent job!
