3 appointments later and my oven was fixed. The first appointment was cancelled by the tech but not until I spent half of the day waiting. The second appointment the tech said he couldn’t diagnose the issue because he needed a second person to pull the wall oven out. The third appointment the tech only had to pull the oven out a couple of inches and remove the panel and reset the panel. The only thing I am upset about is that I had to clear my schedule for 3 days because of the appointments. I had no issues with the techs nor the service. Thanks for repairing my wall ovens!!

Technician was great, fixed my mower. But he said he could not work on TroyBilt generally, contrary to what I was told on the phone. Just a belt issue, so he fixed it anyway
