HVAC repair. System inly a few years old,defective part, same problem last year this time, added refrigerant. This time found the leak .

Technician good. Service dept isn't worth two cents. You need to get rid of AI and get a human to assist the customer.

3 appointments later and my oven was fixed. The first appointment was cancelled by the tech but not until I spent half of the day waiting. The second appointment the tech said he couldn’t diagnose the issue because he needed a second person to pull the wall oven out. The third appointment the tech only had to pull the oven out a couple of inches and remove the panel and reset the panel. The only thing I am upset about is that I had to clear my schedule for 3 days because of the appointments. I had no issues with the techs nor the service. Thanks for repairing my wall ovens!!

Technician was great, fixed my mower. But he said he could not work on TroyBilt generally, contrary to what I was told on the phone. Just a belt issue, so he fixed it anyway

Other than being two days late for the repair and the loss of all my frozen food it went ok.

He looked at the arm inside the ice maker that was making the noise. He said it was ok!

The two techs who came out were very good. However, it took Sears Appliance Repair 3+ weeks to come out for our initial inspection even though we have a service contract. This is unacceptable. Only reason for the 3 stars is because of the techs representing SAR.

The technician, Herbert, was great! (FIVE stars) He was knowledgeable and efficient. Too bad his talent is wasted on working for Sears Home Services. Unlike Herbert, Sears Home Services is terrible and provides zero customer service. (ZERO stars) It is completely AI operated with no humans available to discuss scheduling issues. I missed four days of work for one repair of my new dishwasher, still under manufacturer's warranty; because the first two appointments were canceled by "AI Richard" late in the day. Herbert finally arrived for the third appointment (after I complained directly to Frigidaire) to diagnose and order parts, and on the fourth day I missed work (again rescheduled by AI Richard, but this time with advanced notice) that the repair finally occurred. Although Herbert was wonderful, I will never recommend Sears Home Services and I will avoid purchasing SHS serviced appliances in the future.
