Danny was on time for the appt. Quickly figured out the problem which had domino effect on other components. Quickly replaced and repaired the dishwasher and provided input on how to use and protect machine for years to come. He went above and beyond the scope of a repair technican. He is a very good one and I wholeheartedly recommend him!

Danny arrived "on time" based on his estimate and got right to work. He was courteous and efficient. He also pointed out things we should do with an electrician as preventive maintenance. We were very happy to have a repairman actually arrive after 7 cancellations on a request that was submitted on May 19.
