The technician was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Super nice. The diagnostic cost was fair. The actual cost to repair, I felt the price was extreme.

I was grateful to find out that Sears was still in business and could send someone to fix my washing machine in 3 days when others either didn't return my call or couldn't get to me for 3 weeks. Once the appt was made, I texted with AI model # and description of issue until the tech called to tell me he was enroute. Unfortunately, he (we) could not duplicate the issue and it was working fine when he arrived. Based on the error code and symptoms, he ordered a part since it was still covered under warranty and scheduled an appt for install. The next tech that came did not call when enroute and was not prepared for the appointment. He had all kinds of opinions on new and pricey appliances and suggested that I let the machine 'rest' in between loads -- seriously?? He didn't think that the new part would fix the problem bc it was intermittent but would go ahead and install. He asked if I had old towels and a bucket which I did, but it would seem that in any line of work, you would bring your own supplies. And, he left the old part for me to dispose of. Only time will tell if this resolved my issue. Will def use Sears again if needed mainly bc they are the only feasible option in my city if I don't want to pay out of pocket.

Took 3 months to get fridges working. Several appointments cancelled. The guy was a nice guy and new his job. We are going to ask for a 3 months refund. Because it took for ever to get service. We have paid way too much. To get this kind of service.

After much back and forth to get this appointment scheduled, upon Mr. Seear's arrival, he worked diligently to resolve my issue. Parts were unavailable, however, it was Mr. Seear's personal attention that prompted me to write this review. I appreciated his time and attention.

Good work once our technician arrived. Sears said that it would be between 8am and 5pm, but on the first day we had arranged, the technician didn't arrive prior to 5pm. So we had to reschedule. On the second day, Sears again said the repair would be between 8am and 5pm. But again, the technician didn't arrive prior to 5pm. This time, we waited until 6pm for them to arrive. Once inside, the technician took 15 minutes to install the part and all was good.

Kevin was great very informative but sears labor fees were outrageous and kept me from having the work done I live on a fixed income and couldn't afford the labor for something that probably wouldn't have taken 30 minutes to do
