He did a great job, and after months of rescheduling appointments, because of parts arriving broken, he fixed the fridge. The part that I had to keep re-ordering, didn’t even need to be replaced. This technician did an excellent job.

Frustration on both parties! Charles (the tech) installed the switches and no change in the problem. He spent a long time on the phone with "pa". Everything they suggested, he had already done. They even postulated that it was an installation issue. Not valid as the unit ran for 12 years. He did his best! I'm as frustrated as he is. Now what?
