The problem was minor, diagnosed immediately and fixed. Since we didn't know what was wrong we were entirely dependent on him and because he was honest he fixed it and did not charge for other things. We will use Sears Appliance Repair and ask for Charles D again if one of our appliances stops working. Great Job!

Both service reps were exceptional. Eventhough Mahmood was training the other rep on appliance repair they both were professional and engaging. They were honest when explaining the issue with my refrigerator. Eventhough my refrigerator was unrepairable, they offered recommendations. I trusted what they presented.
