After a very poor experience with a different tech, Johnny and Wayne were both outstanding. Johnny diagnosed the problem and was able to order the proper part for the repair, which was delivered directly to our home in two days! Wayne arrived this morning, right on time, and finished the repair. Five stars for each of them!
