I have a leak from my HVAC and it started a week ago , earliest appointment was last Thursday . NO ONE showed !!!!! My home warranty was supposed to talk to them and reschedule - I heard nothing from either company. I called Sears today and after a long wait I got a Supervisor who saw my appointment passed and no one came . Earliest appointment to reschedule is 17 DAYS FROM NOW ! I explained I have severe asthma and cannot continue living with issues with my AC . THEY DID NOT CARE . The “Supervisor “ told me there was nothing she could do . It was their fault , they did not show and yet they expect me to continue living with this issue that can be dangerous to my own health . Customer Service is unfeeling and they don’t hold their technicians to any standard or accountability.

0 STARS - NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. I stayed at home ALL day; technician was scheduled to arrive between 8 am and 5 pm. At 5 pm, I received emails saying he had been here (NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP), that I had accepted his estimated and authorized service on my refrigerator. When I phoned customer service, I could barely understand them and all they wanted to do was schedule another appointment! I was stunned and kept telling them I would NOT schedule another service appointment when they were telling me that today, my appliance had been fixed and I owed money. CRAZY STUFF...

The technician never arrived to do the service but completed all the paperwork, put in a labor charge, and falsified the customer signature. Complete fraud and horrible experience! Will never again allow Sears to be assigned to me as a service provider by anyone.

Unfortunately Lowes also uses them for extended warranty and I will tell you do not purchase it. Love the idea of the piece of mind it offers however the follow through just isn’t there,like everyone else,no call no show and every single person I speak with is “very sorry” With no results and good luck cracking the code to try and get to a human. I can honestly say the worst experience of my life. This has completely changed how I purchase big items

Knowledgeable and experienced but following up with warranty companies is non existent. To date, from 3/12/24 to present, we are still waiting for an update from the contractor. Would have been five stars otherwise and now he’s causing an inconvenience and delay with my replacement.

I scheduled an appointment and was given a ridiculously large window of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the repair. They said they would put in the notes that I preferred 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. That morning, I drove 45 miles to the house to meet them. I heard nothing from them all day, so I called them around 3:00 p.m. and was told by an automated attendant that I was the next stop and the technician would arrive between 4:27 p.m. and 5:57 p.m. Then just after 6:00 p.m. I got a text saying my appointment was rescheduled for 11 days in the future! I will never use them again.
