Our technician Wally did a great job, diagnosing the problem and ordering the parts. He was very efficient with the repair and explained the issue and how he would fix it. A&E appliance repair uses AI to answer all their phone calls. No way to contact them and talk to a person. Both scheduled appointments give us a window of eight hours costing me two days of work. We did not get a schedule update until about 3 1/2 to 4 hours before the arrival of the Tec. The day of the appointment there should’ve been a better window of service available and communicated to us. We had a refrigerator issue in our first appointment took over a week. this is an unacceptable amount of time between the request for service and the initial appointment. All in all this took almost 3 weeks from start to finish.. A&E communication is subpar

He really couldn't find the problem. It worked for him will try running it tonight. Tech stated if we have the same problem to call back there will not be a charge for return other than that nothing was done really. But he was nice and polite

I'm only given 5 stars due to the professionalism of Mahmood.The first appointment I had was a no show at 4:45 I received text that my appointment has to be rescheduled due to some unforseen circumstances.So they rescheduled me. My technician Mahmood was so professional he answered all questions and I asked if I could watch him when the part came in for my dryer.When he came back to install the part. He explained everything to me as he was doing the repair.It was his birthday so I know he wanted to get home and spend his bday with his family He remembered how bad I needed my dryer and came to fix it.Best professional technician I ever had.He is the best

Great technician who knows how to trouble shoot and fix issues. He kept at it till he discovered a loose bolt and just like that we up and running again!
