The serviceman was pleasant, fast and professional. My only complaint, which has. Nothing to do with the service, is that the time slot covers the entire day. It seems that the window could at least be reduced to a morning or afternoon period.

The service technician was very friendly and diagnosed the problem but did not have parts to fix the issue at the time of the appointment. Not his fault. I gave our home warranty all the information that they needed so that we could get it fixed after waiting a month for service. So now we have to wait approximately 2 more weeks to get our fridge fixed. Got the fridge fixed in less than 2 weeks!! Can’t wait to finally fill my fridge with food! Technician was efficient! Thanks Sears!

Kevin H. Is the best damn refrigerator tech and instructor out there. First class professional and an all around great guy. He will figure out is wrong and he will be fair and honest with you.
