The technician (Wali) was wonderful. Very friendly and informative and did a thorough analysis of the issue. He explained everything to me while he was diagnosing the issue. I wish there was a way to request him the next time we need service.

Our technician Wally did a great job, diagnosing the problem and ordering the parts. He was very efficient with the repair and explained the issue and how he would fix it. A&E appliance repair uses AI to answer all their phone calls. No way to contact them and talk to a person. Both scheduled appointments give us a window of eight hours costing me two days of work. We did not get a schedule update until about 3 1/2 to 4 hours before the arrival of the Tec. The day of the appointment there should’ve been a better window of service available and communicated to us. We had a refrigerator issue in our first appointment took over a week. this is an unacceptable amount of time between the request for service and the initial appointment. All in all this took almost 3 weeks from start to finish.. A&E communication is subpar
