Mahmood went above and beyond to help me with my freezer problem. His day was so booked he couldn't get here until almost 7:00 and yet, he was thoughtful, kind and efficient. Instead of saying that I needed to have expensive repairs, he started with a simple adjustment that fixed the issue. I truly appreciated his thoughtful approach and his help.
