William The service tech was fantastic! However, scheduling service through Sears was horrible, it was so bad I was having chest pains. It took five days to get it straightened out. I could say a lot more but the bottom line was the way they have You schedule service is one of the worst experiences in my life! This needs to be restructured

The technician that showed up gets 5 stars. However, the scheduling and contact procedures or lack thereof...gets 1 star. Totally disappointed that my previous repair appointment back in December was canceled last minute, and I had to wait another month before my dryer got fixed. Beyond frustrated!!!!
