Once again, we had an amazing tech! He was on time, worked and got our appliance repaired! He saved us thousands of dollars that we didn’t have! We will call Sears for everything! We are happy and after 5 months of not having an oven I can bake again!

I gave the technician a 5, because after have a very hard time getting someone out here to put the parts in, he was very respectful, went right to work after asking me about what my Frigidaire was doing. It did not take him all day, I think he understood that I was frustrated and was reassuring that he would take care of the problem. Thanks Young Man ( sorry I forgot his name) The guy above got 5 star and he had to order more parts, got a new repair guy and new parts. PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED AFTER 8- MOUTHS.🙄😒😪. Mrs. Harper
