How do I give zero stars wali mamood was very disrespectful lied to me and my family had a very poor attitude while in my house and then spun wheels out of my driveway how does anyone think it’s ok to treat customers this way !

**Update** Don't be fooled by the "caring" response from Sears on this review. I emailed them just like they asked, to give them a chance to make it right. They never even responded. I've heard from several other people who got the same scam treatment from them. Avoid them, use a local shop! Stay away! SEARS is a complete ripoff. They charged tou $129 to come give you an estimate that is more than double of what anyone else would charge. They know you won't pay it. They never wanted you to. They just want the fee! They can collect a dozen of those a day from one tech and make more money than having anyone fix anything. The tech was at my house for 5 mins. He spent most of that time writing the quote. They never had any intention of fixing my dryer, unless I paid their outrageous price and/or signed up for their overpriced warranty contract. This is NOT a repair service, this is a subscription service and a quote service. Use anyone else!

Technician refused to provide a paper copy or an emailed copy of the invoice after asked several times. He simply provided a receipt, receives his $127.00 or $129.00 10 monutes diagnostic pay. He simply said the compressor is no good. Therefore, the warranty which would expired 9 days later could not be used by my insurance company to file a claim without an invoice directly stating the problem with my freezer gor a replacement. I went the following week and bought a new freezer from Lowe's. Sears Appliances Repair Company will never be utilized by me in the future with their most unprofessional and trifling so-called Technician. He only wanted the money with a lousy receipt. I will never recommend Sears Appliances Repair Company to anyone!!! Much prayer!!!

I am rating Sears not the technician. Sears is AWFUL. Just awful. No communication. I could NOT speak to a human being to ask a question before service. Dial this number. Dial that extension. I was going in circles then on hold and then continued to reroute me. It’s almost like the twilight zone. I HATE other people wasting my time and disrespecting consumers. I only wanted to call because Because I got a text message telling me the technician would be here between 8 AM and 5 PM. What????! Who does that anymore. So I called to ask for an 8-12 or 12-5. Then a text came The day before and said I would get a call a half an hour before arrival. No surprise I took the entire day off from work and sat in my house until 4 PM. A text said that he’s on his way and in 10 minutes he was there.

Unfortunately I don’t have a positive review! Technician came September 6 th and found parts were needed and a second technician for the repair. He asked me to schedule and said parts would sent to my home He indicated he could get me in the following week. Today October 1 was scheduled because two technicians . Technician came today only one and said he wasn’t given appropriate tools for the job! He also said 1 part didn’t arrive . Needless to say $$$ at the laundry mat . Still no resolution or date for repair !! But the ai assistant said she could schedule me between 1-5 today. The talking ai assistant said they have no openings in my area ! They have no idea when they can get me on the books! The machine is under warranty so I can’t speak to price

We ( the tech and I) checked all the burners however I just went to use my oven and none of the buttons work for the oven. Not one! This oven issue started before I ever owned the past 30 days. I'm vexed. I really should have gotten my money back.
