Alex, showed up on time and offered advice. He got the work dealing with the refrigerator/freezer. Now let’s talk about the microwave which your company has failed to show up 4 times with scheduled appointment. 4 times I took off work in which I was no paid and your people did not show. I rate your company a zero and will call the better business bureau and send them a letter for them to keep on file for others to see. Your contact system is terrible. It is almost impossible to talk to a human being and when you do, you still cannot get service or a requested return call from a supervisor. . Your company is just inadequate. The young that finally came to work on my microwave were professionals. They did their job and explained everything to me. I was very pleased and would grade them a 5 star. Now the real issue is your company and how you cannot talk with any hum being that has any authority. You talk with machines. I would grade your company a zero or less. I would recommend to your technician to go elsewhere. Again, the company is a zero. How about having one of your supervisors or officers call me. I would be glad to discuss how bad your company is. I know you will not call, no humans are in management.

Our Technician was very punctual with a courtesy call stating his ETA. He was polite and eager to start the repair process of the Dryer. When he completed his project, he cleaned his area with a friendly gesture while departing my home. My dryer works like NEW!! 👍🏼 Thank you
