After 4 months of many different technicians and taking 6 days off of work to be available finally have my refrigerator working like it should and not leaking. Most all technicians were very polite and were trying their best. A and E. Parts were near impossible to get and Sears even tried to say they would have to provide a new refrigerator but would only give me about a third of my replacement and still kept working to find nearly impossible parts. Today's technician finally finished and did such an amazing job and was very knowledgeable. Phone customer service though with Sears has been horrible. Most have heavy accents if you even get to talk with someone. I spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to communicate my problems and even twice rescheduled my appointment later in the day after I took off work to be there.
