K Norman was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem two weeks ago. However here it is 2 weeks later you send him out again all the parts have not been found. Now I will have been without a Refrigerator almost 3weeks. Not happy.

Ronnie C was our technician. He is very friendly and accommodating. I can't say the same for your automated computer or your in office service people. I was passed around 5 times before I was sent back to the first person I spoke with. Seems no one knows who is supposed to give correct information.
Betsy K,

Scotty is incredible and we have no complaints about him or, honestly, any of the actual people that we've dealt with. Unfortunately, so much is done using automated systems and they are complete trash. I've had appointments rescheduled or canceled because of the automated system, and trying to get ahold of an actual human being to fix the issue is a nightmare. It usually only takes the person on the other end about a minute to take care of our problem, but I have to spend 30 minutes fighting robots to even get that far. We have had parts delivered to our house several times. When that happens, I get an automated call asking me to call a different number to confirm that I've received the part. That is just inane and I usually don't do it--that has never affected my upcoming appointment. The one time I did bother to call back, I dealt with the robots, acknowledged that I had received the part, and then for some reason got kicked over to a real person (that for once I did not request) who was very confused as to why they were talking to me. They said they'd make sure everything was set in the system. The next day I went to check when my technician was likely to arrive and the website told me that my appointment had been rescheduled. I never got a notification and would have waited around like a jackass if I hadn't thought to check the website. Most recently, we got a part delivered and the appointment to install it was just randomly canceled and the job marked as completed. I was absolutely furious (still am, tbh), and to add insult to injury it had to get reopened as a recall in order to get finished, which reflects poorly on Scotty even though it wasn't his fault. TL;DR: Techs are great. Robots suck.

Scheduling is easy and simple to use. My repair person Justin seemed to hate his job and hated working. He was not professional at all. It was uncomfortable. The price that he gave was not clear on how he came up with that amount.

I'm sorry for putting a 2 star, but tech was honest. They could not repair a LG Washer Dryer Combo, no experience for this unit.

What a nightmare after a hectic start where he took apart my dishwasher then tried to get money I didn’t owe him then having to wait another 2 weeks because I had to prove i didn’t owe money lol ! it finally got done and they left the construction trash in the middle of my kitchen wich I’ll have to pay to dispose of when I asked him to take it he said no it’ll then cost him lol ..unprofessional wasn’t impressed he left the trash in my home i carried it out it’s full of disgusting towels soaked and nasty as well as the old parts , I gave 2 stars because I’m hoping at least the dishwasher is fixed..

Well he did show up and diagnosed the problem. Then promptly said he wasn't allowed to fix it. Had to pay the service fee so that he would send in his report. I still have the same issue I had before he got here.
