SEARS came on a snowy cold day. Called in the morning and called 45 mins before arriving. WORKED in snow and icy rain to troubleshoot my heatpump problem. I was out w them and they explained what was happening and answered all my questions twice sometimes.

Alex did a thorough diagnostic on our refrigerator and gave us a detailed quote to repair. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and was very friendly. The cost for parts and repair was more than a new refrigerator so we ended up having to purchase another one but we feel that Alex made it 'sting' a little less.
